Mass Save® Heat Pump Rebates

Energy-Efficient Heating & Cooling Incentives for Massachusetts Homeowners

Upgrade to an Efficient Heat Pump System and Save

Heat pumps provide both heating and cooling in one highly efficient system, helping keep your home comfortable year-round while reducing energy use. For many homeowners, upgrading to a heat pump can also lower monthly utility bills and reduce reliance on oil, gas, or baseboard electric heat.

As part of the Mass Save Heat Pump Installer Network, Feeley Heating & Air Conditioning helps eligible Massachusetts households access rebates and financing opportunities available through the Sponsors of Mass Save®. We guide you through the process to make upgrading smooth, informed, and stress-free.

Mass Save Rebate Eligibility

Heat pump rebates are available to homeowners in Massachusetts who meet certain program criteria. Rebates typically vary depending on the type of heat pump installed, how it will be used, and whether your home meets weatherization requirements (such as insulation and air sealing).

Many homes qualify for substantial savings when upgrading to a new, energy-efficient heat pump system — and we’ll walk you through each step.

As a part of the Mass Save Heat Pump Installer Network, we can provide you access to heat pump rebates and 0% financing on qualifying improvements. Heat pump rebates are available to residential customers in Massachusetts where Berkshire Gas, Cape Light Compact, Eversource, Liberty Utilities, National Grid, or Unitil is the Program Sponsor.

Why Heat Pumps Are a Smart Choice

Heat pumps are becoming the preferred system for many Greater Boston homeowners because they offer:

  • Heating and cooling in one system

  • Reduced carbon emissions compared to fossil fuel systems

  • Flexible installation options — ducted, ductless, or hybrid

  • Quiet operation and precise temperature control

  • Potential monthly cost savings due to improved efficiency

Many homeowners appreciate that heat pumps provide a comfortable, steady heat — without the temperature swings common with older heating systems.

Do I Need to Replace My Entire System?

Not always. Heat pumps can be installed:

  • As a whole-home solution

  • As a supplement to your existing heating system

  • Or to condition additions, basements, and hard-to-heat spaces

We’ll help you evaluate the best approach based on your home’s layout and efficiency goals.
